- Steps to register to claim the prize:
- The lucky winners must confirm their participation by submitting their information by February 25, 2025, at 23:59. Winners must attach a copy of a government-issued identity document that is still valid, such as an ID card, passport, house registration, or driver’s license. Personal details such as religion and blood type must be hidden on the document. The identity document must match the name used during the event registration, and all information must comply with the company’s requirements.
- The lucky winners must complete all additional details as requested.
- The company will contact the lucky winners using the information previously provided.
Note: Chao Phraya Development Corporation Co., Ltd. is the distributor and organizer of the lucky draw selection process only. The video call event will be managed by an authorized third-party company under a contractual agreement to handle the event.
2. Exclusive Privileges for 200 Lucky Winners of the Online Fancall Event
The 200 lucky winners will have the opportunity to video call with PARK BO GUM for 1 minute. Additionally, each winner will receive a “PARK BO GUM 2025 SEASON’S GREETINGS” photobook, along with one of the six postcards included in the product, signed by PARK BO GUM. The photobook will be shipped within 30 days after the Video Call Event.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- The company accepts no liability for any claims or damages incurred by participants, winners, or third parties, including but not limited to loss of benefits, anticipated profits, incidental or special damages, or punitive damages, arising from participation in the event.
- If a winner fails to provide the required documents, follow the outlined procedures, or confirm their identity within the stipulated time frame, their privileges will be considered void. The company reserves the right to make further arrangements regarding forfeited privileges and rewards as it sees fit.
- Lucky winners who receive special rights and prizes cannot transfer or sell their rights to others. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items under any circumstances.
- In the event that a lucky winner fails to follow the rules, conditions, and requirements of the activity correctly, engages in fraudulent intent, or commits any fraudulent actions related to the event process, the company reserves the right to invalidate the winner’s participation in the activity. The company also reserves the right to take any necessary actions regarding the rights and prizes as deemed appropriate, without the need to select a new winner.
- The company accepts no liability for any claims or damages incurred by participants, winners, or third parties, including but not limited to loss of benefits, anticipated profits, incidental or special damages, or punitive damages, arising from participation in the event.
- The company reserves the right to modify terms, conditions, or rewards as deemed appropriate, with prior notice to participants.
- All decisions made by the event committee regarding this activity are final.
- Participants acknowledge that the company may collect, use, and disclose their personal information, such as name, address, phone number, or email, provided during this event. This data will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the event for purposes including coordination, announcement of winners, or promotional activities by the company. By participating, participants legally consent to the company and its representatives storing, collecting, transferring, and using their personal information for the purposes of this event and future marketing activities.
- Participants have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of the event.

Steps to prepare for the video call
The lucky winners will be contacted by the authorized company via the LINE application under the name PBG SSGT BKK (1,2,3). It is important for the lucky winners to provide the correct LINE ID used for identity verification through the Google form. Additionally, please set your LINE ID to ‘Searchable’. Once the identity is verified, the LINE ID cannot be changed.
If the company is unable to find or contact the lucky winner via the provided LINE ID before the video call event, the winner’s rights will be invalidated. The company reserves the right to manage and handle the rights and prizes as deemed appropriate.
1. The video call event will take place on March 8, 2025.
There will be two sessions for the video call event (100 lucky winners in total):
- Session 1: 1:00 PM Thailand time (Winners 1 – 100)
- Session 2: 4:00 PM Thailand time (Winners 101 – 200)
Remarks: Depending on circumstances, the video call date might be changed
- The lucky winners must have the LINE application ready to use for the video call event at the scheduled times.
- The authorized company will provide Thai and English interpreters to assist during the video call event.
- The lucky winners must prepare in advance and wait in line during the specified time until they receive the video call from the authorized company’s staff.
- If the lucky winner misses the call more than twice, the authorized company reserves the right to cancel their participation in the video call event and will not allow the winner to contact them through LINE or any other channel under any circumstances.
- The video call event will be conducted as a one-on-one session with the artist. If anyone else, other than the lucky winner, joins the call, the authorized company reserves the right to immediately cancel the winner’s participation in the event—except in cases where the winner is an under 17 years old that needs parental/guardian guidance or requires parental guidance. Additionally, the winner will not be permitted to contact the company through LINE or any other channel under any circumstances
- During the video call event, except for signing requests, if the lucky winner engages in inappropriate conversation, makes unreasonable requests, uses offensive language, or expresses disrespectful opinions toward the artist, the video call may be canceled. Additionally, the entire video call event may be canceled, and legal action may be taken, which could limit the future rights of the lucky winner.
