RCB Experimental Art Lab Workshop Series: “HEAL”
We are delighted to present the latest heartwarming workshop series, “HEAL,” brought to you by River City Bangkok’s exciting project of “RCB Experimental Art Lab”. This series will take you on a profound exploration of emotions, delving into the depths of your soul. Whether it’s love, joy, sadness, loneliness, or the pain that may be buried deep within the recesses of memories and feelings, this series of workshops offers you the chance to experience it all through various artistic disciplines. This September, we offer you two captivating workshops to try and immerse yourself in the experience!
1. Teardrops: An Art Expression Workshop RCB Experimental Art Lab, in partnership with The CAS, proudly presents “Teardrops: an Art Expression Workshop. Tears are a part of goodbyes and the arrival of new beginnings”. Every day, we navigate a medley of emotions, which doubtless spans the gamut of positive and negative emotions. Each of us have developed personal strategies to comfort ourselves, yet tears, a safe space and a sympathetic ear are sources of solace that are common to us all. Led by Warily, a multi-talented artist who loves to draw, this workshop invites participants to give expression to the constellation of emotions within through the use of colors, as well as a variety of activities, in a supportive and restorative space where they can embrace new beginnings.
The workshop will take place on 16 September 2023, starting from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at RCB Forum, 2nd Floor, River City Bangkok.

2. Healing the Self Through the Art of Writing A writing workshop by Veeraporn Nitiprapha, who won the S.E.A. Write award twice for her novels, “The Blind Earthworm in Labyrinth” (2018) and “Memories of the Memories of the Black Rose Cat” (2022). Nitiprapha leverages her extensive experience organizing and leading workshops to curate a series of activities that will guide participants to a deeper understanding of their pain and self-healing through “writing”. And if they wish to, participants can develop the writing they produced during the workshop in the future.
The workshop will take place on 20 September 2023, starting from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, at RCB Forum, 2nd Floor, River City Bangkok.
