[The event is full] Playing With The Unknown: Art Therapy Workshop

The event is full. The Registration is closed.
Thank you so much for your support

If there is one thing that COVID-19 has taught us over the past 12 months, it is to let go of the uncontrollable.

In response to these uncertain times, Hiroko Hongyok, the artist of the exhibition ‘The Dance in Between’ has created a workshop called ‘Playing With The Unknown’ for RCB Friends.

In this 2-hour workshop, Hiroko will guide participants through a series of activities designed to release control and to become more comfortable with the unknown. This includes a short meditation.

Participants are encouraged to keep an open mind and to let go of any expectations. The focus will be on the process, not the outcome.

Provided with a blank canvas, participants are invited to express themselves freely and playfully. Participants do not need any artistic skills to enjoy this workshop.

Through this time together, Hiroko wants to share the healing nature of art by creating an open space for creative exploration.
