Come Rain or Shine
Have you ever pondered on the year that has fled? What success have we woven, where dreams have led?
The goals we once held, how much did they thrive?
“Come Rain or Shine” translates to ‘no matter if it rains or the sun shines’, becoming the title of an exhibition that parallels the hurried pace of life filled with competition, expectations, and the race towards success in work, life, family, and relationships. It also poses questions about our unachieved endeavors, like meeting this year’s KPI or our personal growth – How far have we ventured toward those distant dreams? Are the stories of you and me clearer compared to the past year? The more we strive, the more we encounter failure, disappointment, and unforeseen events that disrupt our plans.
This exhibition narrates the stories of nine artists – Art of Hongtae, Chickenmew, D-Jai Kosiyabong, Nut Dao, Thireq Pecko, TUNA Dunn. UnderHatDaddy, Vachaboy, and Wichuda Khuntijit – inviting you to reflect on your journey through life, to celebrate the moments of reaching the finish line, while embracing the time of stumbling or defeat, preparing yourself for a fresh sprint in the coming year.
Lace up our running shoes and embark on this journey together in “Come Rain or Shine”.
