Pet-Carrier-Friendly Visiting Policies & Regulations

To maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for all art enthusiasts at the exhibition “WEDNESDAY: ALL OVER THE PLACE”, pet owners are requested to strictly review and adhere to the following regulations:

1. Stroller & Carrier Specifications

  • Must Remain Inside at All Times: Pets of all types, breeds, and sizes must remain completely inside a pet stroller or a securely closed pet carrier/bag at all times while inside River City Bangkok.
  • Carrier Requirements: Strollers, bags, or carriers must be fully equipped with zippers or secure latches. Open-top pet backpacks, open shoulder slings, or fashion tote bags that cannot be completely closed are strictly prohibited.
  • Strictly No Release or Carrying: Taking pets out of their strollers or carriers is strictly prohibited. Walking pets on a leash, carrying them in arms, holding them for photos, or placing them on the gallery floor is not allowed under any circumstances, except within explicitly designated pet photo spots.
  • Size Restriction: Pet strollers or carriers must not exceed 120 cm in length, and must not obstruct walkways, block emergency exits, or obscure the view of the artworks for other visitors. If a pet is too large to fit within a 90 cm stroller/carrier, the exhibition sincerely apologizes that entry cannot be permitted.
  • Stroller Rental Services: The exhibition does not provide pet stroller rental or loan services. Owners are required to prepare and bring their own.
  • Staff Discretionary Rights: The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry if the on-site staff deems a pet carrier/stroller unsafe or if it exceeds the specified dimensions.

2. Designated Zones & Traffic Control

  • Permitted Areas: Pets inside approved strollers or carriers are allowed only within the official exhibition gallery at RCB Galleria 2 (2nd Floor) and must travel through public transit routes via elevators only. Pets are strictly confined to the 1st and 2nd floors only and are prohibited from accessing any other levels of the building.
  • Restricted Areas: Pets are strictly prohibited from entering regular retail shops, dining venues (unless explicitly designated as a Pet-Carrier-Friendly establishment), and public restrooms.
  • Designated Entry & Exit: All visitors accompanied by pets must enter and exit the building through the 1st-floor Drop-off point only.

3. Hygiene, Sanitation & Waste Management

  • Pet Diaper Guidelines: For all pets brought in strollers or carriers, the organizers highly recommend wearing pet diapers at all times to prevent any accidental spoiling of the venue flooring, walls, or exhibition assets.
  • Owner’s Preparedness: Pet owners must bring their own personal sanitation supplies, such as wet wipes, sanitizing sprays, rubbing alcohol, and waste disposal bags.
  • Accident Cleanup Protocol: In the event of a pet fouling accident (urine or feces), the owner is solely responsible for immediately cleaning, sanitizing the area, and promptly notifying a gallery staff member so the area can be re-inspected for public hygiene.
  • Pet Relief & Waste Stations: Dedicated waste bins for disposing of pet diapers and waste, as well as a designated pet relief area, are provided at the 2nd-floor parking exit near RCB Galleria 2.

4. Behavior, Noise & Health Supervision

  • Vaccinations and Health Status: Pets attending the exhibition should be fully up-to-date on their core vaccinations. They must not exhibit any signs of illness, lethargy, or carry contagious diseases, ensuring the safety of all other pets at the venue.
  • Constant Supervision: Owners must maintain close, constant supervision over their pets. Pets must never be left unattended inside a stroller or carrier under any circumstances.
  • Noise and Distress Control: If a pet becomes anxious, barks excessively, whines, or makes disruptive noises that disturb other visitors, the owner must immediately escort the pet out of the gallery space until it calms down outside the building.
  • Aggressive Behavior: If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, or attempts to bite, scratch, or harm other visitors or animals, the organizers reserve the right to immediately evict the owner and the pet from the exhibition premises.

5. Liability, Property Damage & Disclaimers

  • Liability for Artwork and Property: The pet owner accepts full and sole legal liability for any physical damage caused by their pet to the exhibited artworks, display structures, gallery walls, venue flooring, or any property belonging to the exhibition and River City Bangkok. The owner shall be required to compensate for damages based on the actual restoration or replacement value in full.
  • Liability for Third Parties: In the event that a pet causes bodily injury or property damage to another visitor, the pet owner shall be solely responsible for all medical expenses and financial compensation directly to the injured party. The event organizers and the venue management hold no legal liability for such incidents.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Company reserves the right to decline responsibility for any physical injuries to owners or pets that do not directly result from venue negligence. Furthermore, no refunds or compensations will be issued in the event of personal dissatisfaction, disappointment regarding the exhibition experience, or instances where a pet is denied entry due to a failure to meet safety regulations.
