Yindee’s Mysterious Friends

“If you want to know and understand yourself, try getting to know and befriending your monster.”

– Anonymous

Yindee has no friends. She always tells her story and expresses all her thoughts in her diary which is her sole companion. One day, Yindee discovers that she may have more than one pal in her universe.

Yindee’s Mysterious Friends is an exhibition that brings you inside Yindee’s bedroom, where you may peek into her journal on her desk and uncover the mysteries that she and her family have never revealed.

Yindee’s bedroom is not just any ordinary bedroom. It was nestled in a hidden garden that only Yindee knew about. Many floras and trees surround this place. It’s where her imaginary buddies hide – Judi, the mouse converted into a pincushion, Samuel, the snake dressed as a flower to attract love, Thomas, the faceless monkey, Michael, the half tiger, half fish who always disappoints his father, and Tommy, the bunny who is exhausted and wants to sleep forever.

Let’s get to know Yindee and her friends. Maybe you’ll meet your ‘friend’ while visiting this show.
