Leasable spaces range from 850 sqm to 120 sqm, with flexible opportunities to combine galleries. In addition to medium to long-term leasing, there are a number of venues for short-term hire including 2nd floor RCB Gallerias and RCB Forum, ground floor RCB Artery and RCB Rooftop Helipad. The centre is serviced by full-time security, cleaning and a concierge desk at the ground floor entrance. There is parking for 500 cars.
The in-house marketing team promotes galleries through River City Bangkok’s digital platforms and with media and their journalists. Promotions and events are staged each month to attract collectors and art lovers to the centre.
The auction house, RCB Auctions, holds live auctions each year in the 4th floor auction room, and online to bidders around the world, powered by Invaluable international auction platform.
