As Flowers Bloom

Venue: RCB Artery, 1st floor, River City Bangkok

Throughout history, the life cycle of flowers, in which flowers blooms at a particular time of the year,  parallels the life cycle of humans. While each flower blooms in a season determined by nature, people also blossom at different times during our lifetime. If all flowers bloomed at the same time, the world could be boring, don’t you think?

Curated by Chanchai Siriwithayacharoen of Pagoda The Art Club, As Flowers Bloom is his first exhibition for 2021 that not only captures the beauty of blooming flowers but also starts a conversation with some of his favourite artists; Chiranan Pitpreecha, Pe Watercolor, Atchalinee Kesornsook, Kanya Charoensupkul, Thanarit Thipwaree, Uttaporn Nimmalaikaew, Kriengkrai Kulphun, Narongchai Pratummat, Kongpop Benjanirat, Supaporn Chulaka, Palut Marod, Isaree Baramee, Srijai Kuntawang.

Charnchai hopes his exhibition will help visitors consider their personal blooming season. To draw upon this time of hope, dream, good health, and energy to help support them through another tough year. Maybe, this is the year you will blossom.

*Since your safety is our prior concern, River City Bangkok is open as usual with strict preventive measures against the Covid-19 and limitation of visitors inside all exhibitions.
