Women Of The Month

In the month of March, we are asking men to take a back seat. 

In recognition of International Women’s Day (8 March), all month River City Bangkok is celebrating female artists. In our view, too few women painters receive the accolades they deserve.

This month, River City Bangkok while all ten Impressionists being exhibited are men, River City Bangkok will present the artwork of female Impressionist of the 19th century, Berthe Morisot. Other exhibitions by women artists are ‘The Delicacy of Nature’ by Supmanee Chaisansuk, ‘The Distance Conversations’ a joint exhibition including the works of Morakot Ketklao, Supmanee Chaisansuk, Thanistha Nunthapojn and Kadin Tiu and ‘As Flowers Bloom’ with artists, Atchalinee Kesornsook, Kanya Charoensupkul, Supaporn Chulaka, Isaree Baramee and Srijai Kuntawang.
