Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. The 3 largest international logistics firms DHL, UPS and FedEx operate in Thailand and can work with a shipper to facilitate collecting and packing. Alternatively, we recommend this company below. Chaophaya Development Corporation Ltd. (“Us” or “We”or “Company”)is not responsible for cost of handling, shipping, insurance, tax, or customs charged or missing or damaged items.
- Should the buyer fail to collect the sold items within the specified period, the buyer will be liable for a management fee of 5% of the items value per month paid to us. If the buyer fails to collect the sold items within 3 months, we reserve the right to cancel the sales items or resale or return the item to the vendor. We reserve the right for final interpretation and judgment in any event that may arise.
