Ready, Set… Shoot

We’re inviting all art-lovers and photographers back to River City Bangkok to visit our first major exhibition of 2021…THE IMPRESSIONISTS. 

Make sure you bring your camera or smart phone so you can join our photo contest for your chance to win some great prizes. Unleash your creativity and get snapping anywhere. Then submit your best photograph by email to the team here at River City Bangkok.

Prizes include a masterclass workshops with Leica Camera Thailand, Freitag bags and more. Photograph printing is supported by Canon Thailand.

Your photograph must be received between 8 January 2021 – 18 April 2021 by email to [email protected]

Qualification of contestants

1. All photographers, professional or amateur, are all welcome to participate.
2. Visit our first major exhibition 2021, snap away and then submit your photographs. Be sure to attach your e-ticket code if you purchase an online ticket or take a snap of the ticket you purchased at The Gallery Shop (1^st floor).
3. One final step please: ‘Like’ Facebook Page ‘River City Bangkok’ and ‘Follow’ Instagram ‘River City Contemporary’.

Qualification of images

1. Photographs of anywhere, submitted with a brief description of 300 characters explaining what the photograph is of.
2. All types of cameras are permitted for the contest – your film camera, digital camera, or mobile phone camera.
3. Contestants are free to adjust the photograph e.g. adjusting the light, color, weight etc.
4. Photographs must be taken by contestants. Because of copyright issues, if contestants are found to be using someone else’s photographs they will be disqualified.
5. So we can print the winners for an exhibition at River City Bangkok, please send your high-resolution JPEG photograph to our email address [email protected]
6. Finally, show the world your incredible talent.  Share your images on your own Facebook and Instagram with the hashtags #MyRiverCityBangkok #TheImpressionists. The post should be set to ‘public status’.

• Submission should be received between 8 January 2021 – 18 April 2021 (during The Impressionists exhibition at River City Bangkok). The panel of judges will select winners on 27 April 2021 at River City Bangkok, Talat Noi, Sampantawong, Bangkok.
• Winners will be announced 30 April 2021 on www.rivercitybangkok.com
• The best photographs will be promoted in the media.

2^nd winner: Freitag crossbody bag + Seize the Day voucher valued 1,000 THB.
