At River City we believe that entertainment can also be educational. In the interest of ‘Edutainment’ here is a handy guide to help you correctly pronounce the names of the 10 artists featured in upcoming exhibition, THE IMPRESSIONISTS.

The 10 artists are all French except for one, Vincent Van Gogh. Imaging for a moment you are visiting Paris. First is the name, then is how you speak it out loud. Here we go.

Édouard Manet : AY-DWAR MAN-AY
Claude Monet : KLOAD MO-NAY
